Isildur1 continues to own online high stakes poker

The online high stakes world has been shocked lately by the recent dominance of a new high stakes play Isildur1, who has been racking up big gains against the world’s best poker players.

The last week I have been spending way too much time on FullTiltPoker watching Isildur1 and this “guy” is a machine. What makes his recent run through the high stakes poker room even more impressive is that Isildur1 only hit the scene a couple months ago, and the mystery behind the fact that no one knows his/her true identity as of yet.

Over the past week Isildur1 really took the world by storm by raking up sever multi-million dollar days, and now is the highest earning online poker player this year, unseating the former leader Patrik Antonius.

Currently Isildur1 has managed to rack up $5.4 million this year, around $300K above former leader Patrik Antonius after he managed to pull a little under 600K from Antonius last night.

Online phenom Tom “durrrr” Dwan has been the biggest victim of Isildur1’s recent gains. Dwan is one of the most feared internet players on FullTiltPoker, but Dwan has been owned recently by Isildur1 to around $X million, with one pot being won by Isildur1 coming in close to $700K, an online poker record.

Who is Isildur1? All we really know is that he is Sweedish, but why he is refusing to reveal himself remains a mystery. Tax reasons, maybe a pro that does not want to be named? No one really knows.

It is pretty amazing to watch these guys in action, with tens of thousands of dollars trading hands every 10 seconds.
